The HealthyWay Lifestyle programme has been specifically designed for people who would like to improve their lifestyles, reduce weight, increase activity and thus reduce their risks of developing Type 2 Diabetes. It is a FREE 12 week programme which will support you to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Specially trained facilitators can support you with information on healthy eating, how to understand food labels, increase physically active, provide information about diabetes risk and stress, and much more! Being with like minded people with similar goals can also allow you to support each other and gain valuable tips from the group.
